Please join us for our second School Site Council / English Learner Advisory Committee meeting of the school year. The focus for this meeting will be reviewing and approving our site budget & bylaws for the 2020-2021 school year. All are welcome to attend and participate.
The McKinnon Elementary School Site Council (SSC) and the English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) are a forum for teachers, administrators, students, parents/guardians, as well as community members. The School Site council reviews and approves the school site plan, school budget, as well as provides oversight and guidance related to the academic program. as well as the social and academic experience of our students who are learning English. The ELAC makes recommendations to the school site administration and faculty in order to better serve our students who are learning English. This year, we will have a drawing for all participating community members. Prizes will include gift cards to local businesses.
