PE is here to stay, even during distance learning!

In PE we learn how to be "flexible" in more than one way.  Sure, we learn stretches and yoga to make our muscles flexible.. but that's not all.  We learn how to be "flexible" meaning we are resilient, we can problem-solve, we can work together with others and adapt to changes.

And we sure have had lots of changes lately!  Given the situation, we are definitely safer at home, but of course all of us teachers miss in-person school as much as all of you students and parents. When it's safe to do so, I look forward to getting back to normal.

But, in the meantime, PE doesn't stop!  In fact, PE is even more important now than ever!  I love physical activity and keeping fit, but even I have found it more of a challenge to get my usual big doses of fresh air, sunshine, and exercise lately.  So I'm very pleased to be providing PE by asynchronous (online 24/7) and synchronous (live video) lessons this school year to keep everyone moving, healthy and happy!
